1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.elzabiescott.com (the “Website”), purchasing any product, program, private session, or service (collectively the “Services”), or engaging with any content created by Elzabie Scott (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “I”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Website and Services. Your continued use constitutes a binding agreement. We may update these Terms at any time; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
2. Who We Are
Elzabie Scott is a South African-based Behavioural Relationship Strategist specialising in the behavioural dynamics that drive attraction, emotional investment, and sustainable devotion in modern relationships. All Services — including Devotion by Design, the 90-Day Devotion Protocol, private sessions, workbooks, and proprietary frameworks (The Over-Functioning Trap™, The Investment Mirror™, The Devotion Blueprint™) — are educational and coaching in nature only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, workbooks, recordings, live calls, written materials, trademarks, logos, and proprietary methodologies (including but not limited to Devotion by Design, The Over-Functioning Trap™, The Investment Mirror™, The Devotion Blueprint™, the 90-Day Devotion Protocol, and any associated materials) are the exclusive intellectual property of Elzabie Scott and are protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not: • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, share, or publicly display any materials • Record live sessions or calls (audio or video) without express written permission • Use any framework, protocol, or methodology in your own coaching, courses, workshops, content, or business • Create derivative works or teach the material to others
Any unauthorised use constitutes a material breach and will result in immediate termination of access, legal action for damages (including legal fees and lost profits), and any other remedies available under law. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights.
5. Services and Programmes
- Devotion by Design is an 8-week live implementation experience. Access is granted only upon full payment or approved payment-plan schedule.
- Private Sessions are 90-minute one-on-one experiences delivered via Zoom or other agreed platform. All Services are delivered as described on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments that enhance the quality of the experience.
6. Payments, Billing and Payment Plans
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full or according to an approved payment plan. You authorise us or our payment processor to charge the card or account provided.
If you select a payment plan: • You are responsible for every instalment on its due date. • Late payments may incur a 10% late fee on the outstanding balance. • Failure to pay any instalment will result in immediate suspension of access and no refund of amounts already paid. • You remain fully liable for the entire programme fee regardless of completion or withdrawal.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or reversals with your financial institution. Any chargeback will be treated as a material breach; you will be responsible for the full amount plus collection costs and legal fees.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy All purchases are non-refundable.
The Services are digital, proprietary, and deliver immediate value through frameworks, workbooks, live access, and real-time coaching. Once access is granted or a session is booked, the structural nature of the work means the value cannot be returned.
Exceptions (at our sole discretion):
- Technical inability to access the programme after reasonable troubleshooting (proof required).
- Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, lack of time, or failure to implement the material. This policy protects the integrity of the container and the women already inside the programme.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are for educational and coaching purposes only. They do not constitute therapy, psychological counselling, legal advice, medical treatment, or any form of professional mental-health care. I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional.
Results are not guaranteed and depend entirely on your individual effort, choices, and circumstances. Past client results are not indicative of your future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions in your relationships and life.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose. You use the Services at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or relationship outcomes) arising out of or in connection with the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: • Your use or misuse of the Services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any content you post or share
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape, South Africa, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases and any outstanding payments remain due and payable.
13. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of any other breach. We may assign our rights without notice to you.
